About Untangled Technology

Untangled Technology is a computer networking company located in Akron, Ohio. It was founded in 2009
by Dustin Wright, an Internet entrepreneur with a passion for technology engineering. What started out as a hobby quickly grew into a thriving business built around custom networking and server hosting.

Our services range from small custom hybrid clouds using virtual servers to large infrastructure networks for broadband fiber. Customers have included Summit County, The City of Cleveland, Kent City Schools, and Heritage Cooperative. Dustin currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for FairlawnGig, a municipal fiber broadband utility located in Fairlawn, Ohio.

In addition to networking, we are also well known for custom technology solutions such as Voice-Over-IP (VoIP) telephone service, remote NOC monitoring, server cloud hosting.

Dustin has been involved with computer networking since the 1990’s. He served as the mayor’s IT expert citizen appointee for the City of Canton and has been Cisco CCNA certified. Over the years Dustin and his company Untangled Technology have evolved into a technology leader for Northeast, Ohio.
